Glamping Terms & Conditions

Memories With KxS reserves the the right to change, amend and modify on any parts of the policies and packages.


Bookings

Booking is to be made 3-4 weeks in advance. We do accept last minute bookings subjected to availability. Booking in advance prevent any delays for the setup and encourage a smooth transaction with our customers.


Booking Hours

You may opt for a 4-hour booking or an overnight stay. Our 4-hour packages are only available until 2200hrs. Subsequent hours would be at $10/hr (220ohrs close time is still applicable).

Overnight stays commence at 12oohrs of event day to 0900hrs of the following day. Should you only be booking it at a later timing for our Overnight Packages, do kindly inform us. Price still remains the same.


Public Holidays

Public Holidays are an additional cost of $20 to your booking. Kindly book in advance to secure your dates since camping permits will be on high demand.

Since it is indeed the holidays, most of the venues would be packed. We can only try our best to prepare the setup beforehand to ensure that our customers get a good spot. Crowds in public areas are inevitable.


Booking Venues

Venues are restricted to only camping permissible areas. Our options for Glamp venues would be at East Coast Park (Area G & D).

We are able to setup our Glamps on landed property houses (backyard/spacious areas) as well. This can only be done with a mutual agreement that we are allowed to pitch the Glamp on your grounds and if the space is able to fit our Glamps. Such requests will be advised accordingly.

We reserve the right to change your venue under any certain circumstances before or on the event day itself to ensure the event goes on smoothly.


Number of Pax

Additional package charges applied for more than 6pax. Commonly, we would advise to hold an additional picnic package in front of tent to accommodate to the subsequent pax.

Children at the age of 5 and above is considered as 1 pax. If clients requests for disposable tablewares, it would be an additional $5/pax.


Food/Meal Arrangements

You are allowed to bring your own food. We would greatly appreciate & seek for your understanding on this.

*We are not responsible for any form of arrangement/delivery for your own food purchase consumed on our picnic setup.


Wet Weather Program

We will delay your booking start time until your Glamp is ready should there be an interruption during our setup of your accommodation.

Our Glamps are waterproof & able to withstand the rain. However, we greatly appreciate your help to zip up the entrance and windows to avoid rainwater from entering. Your safety is still our utmost priority. Kindly stay in the Glamp. If the weather develops into thunderstorms, kindly proceed to the nearest shelter/toilet until it simmers. No refunds will be given in any circumstances.


Payment

Our prices are inclusive of our delivery/setup service charges. Payment is to be made at least 2 weeks before the event to avoid late booking charges.

A deposit of $70 can be made to reserve your dates and only if the venue is available for booking. We will reserve your booking date upon receiving the receipt of payment made to us & that we have acknowledged the payment. Remaining payment is to be made at least 1 week before the event date. Otherwise, deposit will be forfeited and camping permit is open for others.

*Due to high demand on weekends, all parks limit its camping permits due to crowd control measures. Should there be a need that you have made a deposit but we could not slot you in due to fully booked camping permits for your event day, we will encourage a change of date/preferred park. Otherwise, we will refund your deposit only due to fully booked camping permits.

We do not charge our clients any refundable deposits, however, we do appreciate if our items are being cared for and not damaged when we teardown the setup. Missing and damage charges will be implemented as a form of compensation in any case items are broken, torn, missing or burnt.


Cancellation Policy

There should not be any cancellations once payment/deposit has been made. There are no refunds for cancellations as camping permit has been booked. We allow rescheduling of your event with an additional fee. New dates are to be made known to us at least 2 weeks from the preferred date and subjected to our availability.

Additional charges will be applied for any booking detail modifications (only due to circumstances where we rightfully accept) . Any difference from the initial costs are non-refundable.

*Should there be balloons included as your package add-ons, kindly note that we do our best to ensure it is displayed safely. We are not responsible for any missing balloons or burst balloons throughout the event due to nature since most setups are held outdoors. We do not provide refunds for any balloon mishaps.


Any deposits or payments made to our organisation following up from the quotation or contract provided is considered an acknowledgement to our Terms & Conditions.
